As an Executive Officer, you'll be the backbone of our reseller ecosystem. You'll be responsible for onboarding new resellers, providing them with in-depth product knowledge and sales training, and resolving their queries. You'll also be instrumental in driving sales growth within your assigned territory by building strong relationships with resellers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Reseller Onboarding and Development:
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new resellers, familiarizing them with Meesho's platform, product catalog, and sales strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to resellers, helping them improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Identify and address reseller challenges proactively, ensuring a smooth and successful experience on the Meesho platform.
• Relationship Building and Growth:
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with resellers, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Regularly analyze reseller performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales volume and profitability within your assigned territory.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reseller activity and sales growth.
  • Prepare insightful reports and recommendations to improve overall business performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to suggest relevant strategies to leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (or actively pursuing).
